Digital Detox

The Department of Mass Media, TCSC organized a guest lecture on Digital Detoxification for the undergraduate students in the auditorium on the 20th of July, 2019. The speaker for the lecture was Mr. Jogesh Jain who is an author, speaker, and trainer. Mr. Jogesh Jain is the founder of J.J. School of Employability. He is also a rank holder in ICWA (Institute of Cost and works accountants). The lecture started with two questions; is health only limited to fitness? & why are we so engrossed in technology? With these two questions which were directed towards the audience, it was pretty clear that the lecture was going to be an interactive session and not monotonous. Answering the following question he presented the audience with a sorted and neat PowerPoint presentation. The presentation was divided into three parts: WHY? WHAT? & HOW TO?
The informative lecture culminated with a vote of thanks proposed by the anchor.
