Digital Payments for Social Distancing

B.A. (Multimedia and Mass Communication) under the guidance of IQAC

conducted a webinar on the topic Digital Payments for Social Distancing

on 20th June, 2020. The resource person for the webinar was Mr. Ankur

Singh (Manager, NCC Reserve Bank of India). Having worked in RBI for

many years, Mr. Ankur Singh with his vast knowledge base gave

important information about various Digital payment systems and how

they could be used to avoid touch/contact to stay clear of the ongoing

pandemic. Various systems like NEFT, IMPS, UPI were explained along

with various benefits that they entail. Different policies and mechanisms

which protect the consumers and attend to their grievances were also

discussed. The webinar was very informative and all participants gained

some valuable knowledge by listening to Mr. Ankur Singh.
